ShineOps is a business management platform operated by Daily Defense Solutions LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our software and services.
When you create a ShineOps account, we collect your business name, email address, phone number, and password. If you add staff members, we collect their names and email addresses.

ShineOps does not store credit card numbers. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe, and customer payment processing is handled by Square. Both are PCI-compliant processors. We receive only transaction confirmations and limited metadata.
We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This helps us maintain security and improve the platform.
If you use the ShineOps mobile app, we may collect your device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens to send you alerts and chat messages.
We do not sell your data or your customers' data to any third party. We do not use your business data for advertising.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion, giving you time to export anything you need. Photos uploaded to the platform follow the retention schedule of your subscription plan.
